OFFICE VISITS POLICY DURING COVID-19
To protect patients and staff members, Family Centered Medicine’s office visits policy regarding patients who have been exposed to COVID-19 is as follows:
- All patients who have tested positive, or have been exposed to COVID-19, or have pending COVID-19 test results are offered a provider approved telehealth visit until a negative COVID-19 test result has been noted. Once a negative COVID-19 test result has been noted, in-person office visits will again be made available.

M-W-Th-Fri: 7am-4pm, closed 12-1pm
Tue: 8:30am-3pm, closed 12-1pm
Thanksgiving Day & Day After: CLOSED
Christmas Day: CLOSED
New Year's Day: CLOSED
